CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Beaudoin Canada is involved in all stages of the projet as a construction manager. Services include project feasibility studies, construction cost estimates, tender, as well as project planning and execution. Beaudoin Canada is, in this contractual method, a designated representative of the client.

DESIGN-BUILD
Beaudoin Canada leverages its expertise and collaborative spirit in the Design-Build, or « turn-key » contractual method. Beaudoin Canada early involvement and leadership in the project will accelerate and improve the design process. The budgets and schedules planning phases as well as the tender process are accelerated and linked to the design phase to allow rapid and efficient construction. LUMP SUM
This contractual method is characterized by a fixed total price based on construction documents provided by the client. The client manages the design phase and Beaudoin Canada is only involved in the execution of the work, which is supervised by the design team that consists of architects and engineers.
