A: Resilience: we transform problems into solutions.
It was in 2003 when Martin began his career at Beaudoin Canada as a project manager. Since then, he has greatly contributed to the outstanding performance of construction, appraisal, and project management services, in which he now takes the lead. He has been a partner of Beaudoin Canada since 2009.
A nephew of the founder and president, Martin familiarized himself with the inner workings of the company very early on. As a teenager, he was recruited as a construction worker and found his desire to join the management. After completing his technical education in civil engineering at the Cégep de l’Outaouais and obtaining his civil engineer title at the École de Technologie supérieure in Montreal, Martin returned to Outaouais to offer his expertise at the service of the family business. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
Committed and proud of extensive experience in the construction industry, Martin has an excellent view of the Quebec market, an essential quality in establishing operational strategies. In addition, since 2008 he has been involved in the Association de la construction du Québec – Outaouais (ACQ Outaouais), of which he was president from 2013 to 2014. Since 2017, he has been chairman of the comité des Entrepreneurs Généraux du Québec at the ACQ.
