Marco is the Managing Director (CEO) of Beaudoin Canada. He joined the team in 2021; in his role as CEO, his mission boils down to working in such a way as to maximize the value of the company and to ensure synergy and optimal management of the various departments.

Entrepreneur and bilingual executive manager, Marco stands out for his agility in managing growth, risk-taking, and innovation. Known for fostering a business culture that demonstrates vision, he emphasizes strategic alignment, profitability, and teamwork.

From his beginnings at Beaudoin Canada, he has focused on communication between different areas of the business. Demonstrating unifying leadership focused on listening, he relies on team strength, transparency, and professional development.

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he subsequently obtained a Chartered Professional Accountant diploma. He is part of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA, CGA).

Committed and active in the construction industry and in the Outaouais business community, he served, among other things, on the board of directors of the Association of Master Roofers of Quebec from 2014 to 2019. He also was a director for the Association de la construction du Québec (ACQ) for three years before being appointed president of the ACQ Outaouais and Abitibi from 2017 to 2019. He is also involved with young entrepreneurs, being a mentor for the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce (CCG) since 2019. He was also the proud recipient of the CCG Excelsior Award for the “Leader of the Year” category in 2016.
