Louis-Joseph is the President and Founder of Beaudoin Canada. He has been using his experience, social skills, and know-how at Beaudoin since the founding of the company. He ensures excellence in the services offered and manages the company with a view to promoting optimal performance at all levels.
Ever since he started the business in 1988, it has never stopped growing, acquiring over the decade’s sought-after expertise, a solid reputation, and above all, a passionate team of seasoned professionals.
Q: What value do you identify with the most?
A: Family: we form a big family where each member is recognized and valued for their excellent work. Every day, we foster a culture of respect and teamwork.
Proactive and dedicated, Joseph has become a leader amongst professionals in the construction industry. He was the administrator of the Outaouais section of the Association Provinciale Des Constructeurs D’Habitation Du Québec (APCHQ) from 1994 to 1996, and was its president from 1996 to 1998. Afterward, he sat on the provincial board of directors (BOD) of the association from 1996 to 2001. In 2001, he became the very first member from Outaouais to chair the provincial APCHQ, which then represented more than 12,000 businesses. In 2004, he joined the BOD of the Corporation des entrepreneurs générale du Québec (CEGQ), on which he sat until 2012. In 2013, he assumed the presidency, becoming the very first member from Outaouais to hold this position. Committed and philanthropic, Joseph is the founder of the Foundation Beaudoin and the Maisons Beaudoin.
Thanks to Joseph, who knew how to share the values of innovation, transparency, integrity, and professionalism with his staff, Beaudoin Canada is, at present, a leader in construction management in Quebec and Ontario.
