DESCRIPTION
The Marketing & Development Coordinator assists the Director of Development in the deployment of the marketing strategy and supports the development department. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Participating in and implementing the company’s marketing strategy
- Develop and update marketing materials for the company
- Coordinate all marketing requests with other departments and external parties of the company
- Deploy the social media strategy (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage digital tools (website, social media, customer relationship management software, etc.)
- Participate in internal and external company communications
- Be a proud representative of the company to the industry and the community
- Ensure complete stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead assigned internal projects
- Any other related duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in marketing or communications
- 2 years of professional experience related to the position
- Excellent command of French and English
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of the main social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Mastery of MS Office suite & Adobe PDF
- Ability to create visual graphics with the Canva suite (an asset)
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Autonomy and organizational skills
- Team player
