DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Representative assists the Director of Development in the deployment of the development strategy. His/her duties include, among others:
- Participate in and implement the company’s development strategy
- Prospect for new clients and opportunities
- Prepare and participate in client meetings, conduct needs analysis
- Write service offers
- Participate in requests for proposals
- Follow up with potential clients during negotiations using the company’s CRM
- Maintain the development dashboard and follow up with the management team
- Administer clients and partners satisfaction questionnaires and lead related meetings
- Develop business network by participating in conventions, conferences, networking events, etc.
- Be a proud representative of the company to the industry and the community
- Ensure complete stakeholder satisfaction
- Lead assigned internal projects
- Any other related duties
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of professional experience in business development
- Training or knowledge in construction or real estate
- Developed network of contacts
- Excellent command of French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe PDF
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Autonomy, sense of organization and management of priorities
- Results-oriented
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Team player
- Driver’s license essential
