Beaudoin Canada is settling at 95 Tech

Summer is coming, patios are budding, and Beaudoin Canada is moving! As of June 18, 2021, the company will be located at 95 de la Technologie Boulevard, in Gatineau. Although this move coincides with a period of renewal for all of Quebec, the project itself is not new: Denis Stocker, Vice-President, Operations (Ontario), has been working to create this business centre since 2016! With the massive growth experienced by Beaudoin over the last few years, this move is particularly timely.

The family is growing!

Initially located at 600 Vernon Street in Aylmer, Beaudoin Canada has seen its administrative staff increase fivefold since its creation! “With our administrative family growing and our projects multiplying,” explains Denis, “we absolutely needed a larger space that could accommodate our desire to grow. Our company is on a roll, and a change of scenery was in order! But we wanted headquarters that matched both our brand ─ i.e. human, innovative, efficient ─ and our exceptional standards as a builder. Our patience has finally paid off.”

95 Tech: accessibility, flexibility, and growth

“As our activities are rapidly expanding on both sides of the Ottawa River,” says Denis, “we were looking for a location that was easily accessible to our clients, consultants and employees. Located just off Highway 5, a 5-minute drive from downtown Ottawa, 95 Tech was the ideal spot. Designed to offer emerging or growing companies a functional, modern, and human-sized workspace, this new business centre is already home to several other dynamic companies. More good news: 95 Tech still has some space available!

Merging wellness and productivity

At Beaudoin, staff wellbeing has always been a top priority. The company’s new headquarters therefore had to offer a pleasant setting. In addition to being surrounded by beautiful green spaces, 95 Tech houses a fitness centre as well as landscaped common areas. “The pandemic has highlighted the importance of promoting wellness, both at work and at home,” indicates Denis. “With this move, we wanted to address this need and say ‘thank you’ to our valued employees! Their happiness is at the heart of the work we do every day.”

With the gradual return of the gatherings, it’s safe to say that the team at Beaudoin Canada will be celebrating this new chapter of its evolution in style. Denis is enthusiastic: “We can’t wait to celebrate the culmination of these years of effort by welcoming our clients and partners to our new premises. Our employees are also looking forward to discovering their new workplace. It will be a pivotal point for our company.”
